Our Quality

We will provide a level of quality that exceeds our customers’ expectations and enhances their position in the marketplace. This means that continuous improvement in quality is everyone’s responsibility at PMT. Our team of experienced manufacturing and quality engineers and CNC operators is committed to developing controlled processes that yield repeatable results. Dimensional accuracy is monitored at each operation using hard-check measurements, optical comparators, and CMMs. Final inspection is then a redundant verification for customer assurance.

All raw materials are certified as to their composition by their producers, with implantable materials being verified a second time by an outside independent lab. All of PMT’s production is documented by job files that are permanently retained.

PMT is ISO 9001-2000 certified, and working toward achieving ISO 13485 Certification.
